No. You write on WhatsApp or Instagram, take the free Audit and get the proposal in writing. If it works for you, you pay it with a payment link and fill in a kickoff form. Questions are answered by chat.

No. The packages are month to month and you can cancel anytime. What we set up and the data stay in your name.

The 10, 14 or 21 business days, depending on the package, start when we have your business information and access to your channels. The proposal lists exactly what we need.

Third-party costs that depend on your usage, like the template messages WhatsApp charges for or a phone line for the voice agent. They're itemized in the proposal before we start.

Because that's the price of a normal site for a business. If your requirements are complicated, like lots of pages, copy that has to be written from scratch or integrations, it can cost a bit more and we tell you in writing before we start.

Prices are in US dollars. The written proposal states the amount and the payment method.

Before we hand it over, we test it end to end with two phones, as if we were customers. Your team gets a short guide to run it.

No need. The Audit is online, questions are answered by chat and the setup is done remotely. If something needs to be seen on site, it is agreed in the proposal.

Almost always. We work on top of the tools your business already uses when they can be connected. If you don't have a CRM, we set one up in your name.

We're starting with Mexico: Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara and the Riviera Maya. Since everything is done remotely, the Audit already works for businesses in any country in Latin America.

You do. The contacts, the conversations and whatever gets set up stay in your name, with your logins. We don't use your data for other clients.

Yes. The WhatsApp agent says so in its first message, and the voice agent at the start of the call.

Only to people who agreed to receive messages from your business, with templates approved by WhatsApp. We don't send cold WhatsApp messages: it goes against their policy and puts your number at risk.
