El Tío sets up AI agents, CRM and automations in businesses that serve customers every day. We're starting with Mexico and work remotely with all of Latin America.

Why it exists

Most businesses don't need to “do something with AI”. They need to reply on time, stop losing the customers who already messaged them, and stop copying the same things by hand every day. The technology to fix that already exists and it isn't expensive; what's missing is someone who sets it up right, in the right order, and leaves it running.

That's where the name comes from. Everyone has an uncle who knows about computers, the one you ask before you buy anything. El Tío is that for AI in your business: he tells you what makes sense, what doesn't, and sets it up.

How we work

First we look at how the business works today, then we sort out the process, then we automate only what makes sense, and finally the team learns to run it. Automating a messy process makes it faster, not better.

Everything starts with the free Audit, which a person reviews before it reaches you. The packages have a published price and a delivery timeline, and they're month to month. The data and everything we set up stay in your name.

What we don't do

• We don't promise results or publish improvement percentages. We measure before and after, in your business.
• We don't make up clients, testimonials or endorsements. When we have case studies, they'll have real numbers and the client's permission.
• We don't sell a platform of our own: we work on top of the tools your business already uses, when they can be connected.
• We don't hide that there's an AI. The WhatsApp agent says so in its first message, and the voice agent at the start of the call.
• We don't send cold messages on WhatsApp. It goes against WhatsApp's policy and puts your number at risk.

Who we work with

With businesses that get a lot of messages and depend on answering them well: restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries, boutique hotels, rentals and tour operators, real estate agencies, gyms and studios, event production companies, artists and distributors. We're starting in four cities in Mexico, and the Audit works for businesses in any country in Latin America.

We use AI in our own work, the same way we set it up in yours. Everything that reaches a client, from the Audit map to a finished agent, is reviewed by a person first.
