From the Audit to delivery
Audit
You fill out a guided 15 to 25 minute questionnaire on sales, operations, data, marketing, customer service, team and tools. A person reviews it, and within 24 to 48 business hours you get the map: what to do, in what order and why. It's free.
Questions by chat
If something in the map is unclear, you ask on WhatsApp or Instagram and we answer in writing.
Written proposal
The right package, what it includes in your case, what we need from you and the delivery date. Nothing starts without this.
Payment and kickoff form
If the proposal works for you, you pay it with a payment link and fill in a short form with your business information and access to your channels.
Setup
We start from your industry's template and fill it with your information: the website, the agent and the CRM, and prospecting, depending on the package. We connect your channels and your calendar.
End-to-end testing
Before we hand it over, we test it with two phones as if we were customers: send a message, book, get the reminder, pay, show up in the report.
Handover and a guide for your team
Your team gets a short guide: where to see conversations, when to step in and how to ask for changes. The website is delivered in 10 business days, with the chatbot in 14 and with prospecting in 21.
Month to month
We review what the agent couldn't answer, adjust for whatever changed in your business and go over the numbers with you.
