Prospecting and email marketing to win new customers
We build the list of businesses or people who can use what you sell, reach out by email, Instagram or LinkedIn, follow up and log every reply in your CRM. With your current customers, who agreed to receive your emails, we put together the newsletter and the campaigns.
What's included
- The list: businesses that fit what you sell, by industry and city, with a public contact detail and the reason they made the list.
- The first message and the follow-ups, written for each industry, short and with no promises. You approve them before the first send.
- Gradual sending, at a pace that protects your accounts and your domain.
- Replies in the CRM, each one at its stage, so someone on your team or the AI agent can pick up the conversation.
- Email marketing for your customers: a newsletter, seasonal campaigns and messages that go out on their own, like the welcome email or the come-back reminder.
The rules we follow
- WhatsApp, only with people who already messaged you or gave you their number.[1]
- LinkedIn prohibits using bots or automated methods to add contacts or send messages.[2] LinkedIn messages are sent by hand.
- Email: Gmail requires all senders to authenticate their domain with SPF or DKIM and keep their spam rate below 0.30%. Senders of more than 5,000 emails a day also need DMARC and one-click unsubscribe.[3] We set it up from the start, even if you send less.
- Advertising in Mexico: the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Federal Consumer Protection Law) requires advertisers to identify themselves and to respect people who ask not to receive ads, and it creates the Profeco registry for people who don't want advertising.[4]
- Personal data: your customers' names and emails are used only for what your privacy notice says.[5]
How it's done
Free Audit
Who you sell to today, who buys from you the most and through which channel they come in.
List and messages
We build the first list and write the copy. You approve them.
Domain and accounts
We set up the sending domain and review the Instagram and LinkedIn accounts that will be used.
Sending and follow-up
In batches, with follow-up for anyone who didn't reply and every reply logged in the CRM.
Report
Sent, delivered, replies, unsubscribes, spam complaints and meetings booked.
How it fits with everything else
Prospecting brings people into the conversation; what turns them into customers is what they find when they get there. That's why it usually comes after the website, so whoever gets the email has somewhere to see your work, and alongside CRM and follow-up, so no reply gets lost.
FAQ
Do you send me customers through WhatsApp?
We don't do cold outreach on WhatsApp. WhatsApp Business policy says to contact only people who gave you their number and agreed to receive your messages,[1] and messaging without permission is the fastest way to lose your number. WhatsApp is for people who already replied.
Where do the contacts come from?
From public business information: their website, their business profile, their social media page. We don't buy databases or use personal data from private individuals. Every list is checked against your CRM so we don't write to people who are already your customers.
What email address do the messages come from?
From a separate sending domain, different from your main one, with its authentication set up. That way, if something goes wrong, your everyday email isn't affected.
What if someone asks us to stop writing?
They're flagged in the CRM and don't get anything else from your business, on any channel. Every email includes a clear way to unsubscribe.
How much does it cost?
It's in the Website + chatbot + prospecting package: from USD 500 setup and USD 79 a month, ready in 21 business days. More volume or more channels are quoted in writing.
