Payment and kickoff form
If the proposal works for you, you pay it with a payment link and fill in a short form with your business information.
The terms
- Month to month. No long contract and no cancellation penalty.
- Your data is yours. Contacts, conversations and everything we set up stay in your name, with your own logins.
- Timelines start once we have your business information and access to your channels.
- Third-party costs that depend on your usage, like WhatsApp template messages or a phone line, are itemized in the proposal.
- No percentage promises. We measure before and after, and show you what changed.
FAQ
Is the Audit really free?
Yes. It's a 15 to 25 minute questionnaire and a map you get within 24 to 48 business hours. We don't ask for a card and the map is yours, whether you hire us or not.
Do I have to talk to someone to sign up?
No. You write on WhatsApp or Instagram, take the free Audit and get the proposal in writing. If it works for you, you pay it with a payment link and fill in a kickoff form. Questions are answered by chat.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. The packages are month to month and you can cancel anytime. What we set up and the data stay in your name.
When does the timeline start?
The 10, 14 or 21 business days, depending on the package, start when we have your business information and access to your channels. The proposal lists exactly what we need.
What's not included?
Third-party costs that depend on your usage, like the template messages WhatsApp charges for or a phone line for the voice agent. They're itemized in the proposal before we start.
Why does it say “from”?
Because that's the price of a normal site for a business. If your requirements are complicated, like lots of pages, copy that has to be written from scratch or integrations, it can cost a bit more and we tell you in writing before we start.
Can I pay in pesos?
Prices are in US dollars. The written proposal states the amount and the payment method.
